Refund Policy
For credit use.
Textidea.com offers a refund for those sms which are failed via the promotional route and Trans-Promo route ( excluding API uses). Refunds will happen only on a monthly basis or sometimes when we are able to get refunds from operators or gateway providers. Refund calculations will be on the basis of failed sms after reducing the GST and scrubbing charges for each submission. NO refunds will be made against unused or inactive accounts for 6 Months or more, and payments against the credits will not be refunded.
For Payments
We have a fair refund policy in which you can have a full or partial refund of the amount within 3 days of the purchase. Our team will examine your claim if found appropriate, and will process the refund within 15 working days. Refund will not be applied on renewals, Campaign responses, or on any kind of discounted or offer price. Refund also will not be applied for the issues from the operator side or any rules and regulations changed from TRAI or by the gateway provider/operator.
Since Textidea holds the rights to change or alter any of its policies for the welfare of the business, its users, and complience, So the refund on Policy change will not be entertained as well.
